ROCHESTER, Minn. – There it was: A trailer reported stolen in Winona County in April was sitting there in the driveway of a man already accused of stealing another trailer. Olmsted County deputies were tipped that the Winona trailer, valued at $10,000, might be at the Marion neighborhood house of Izaak Parker, 48, southeast of Rochester. Queried about the trailer, Parker told officers that he had borrowed it from a friend but was hazy on details, according to a new criminal complaint. Earlier Izaak was charged with stealing a popcorn-vendor trailer in Eyota.
