DOVER, Minn. – Three Wisconsin people including two children were injured when their van collided with a semi-truck on I-90 just east of the Dover interchange. The State Patrol said the injuries appeared non-life threatening. Both vehicles were heading east about 7:20 a.m. Taken to a Rochester hospital were David Crawford Johnson, 40, of Oregon, Wisconsin; Rhiannon Mave Jacuide, 10, of LaCrosse; and Elena Cecilia Jacuide, 8, of LaCrosse. They were riding in a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander driven by Sarah Kelly Beffa, 51, of LaCrosse. She was uninjured. The driver of the 2013 Kenworth tractor, Willit Daniel Jordan 28, of Taopi, Minnesota, also was unhurt.
