WINONA, Minn. – The Minnesota nonprofit insurance carrier UCare has cited Winona Health for outstanding care to pediatric and adult patients. The recognition was announced at UCare’s annual “A Salute to Excellence” meeting. Merry Enright, population health manager at Winona Health, said the hospital and clinic’s goal is to assure every patient receives the care they need. “We do this whether or not an award is involved, but we all appreciate being recognized for hard work and excellent care,” Enright said.
