ROCHESTER, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Rochester hasn’t had any coronavirus transmission, Chancellor Lori Carrell said. To keep the disease away, the university has ended coursework at its facility, which is downtown, and put the rest of the semester online. The branch has 370 students, many of whom live in university apartment. There is no common dining.
