TREMPEALEAU, Wis. – Alerted by a tip, deputies found child-porn videos at a Trempealeau man’s place, some with him as a player. Stephen Hans Jenkins, 37, was arrested. Jenkins was taken to the county jail in Whitehall and held while charges were being prepared. Meanwhile, it was learned that Jenkins had been convicted of child sex crimes in Utah in 2005 and 2006 and skipped out on a requirement that he check in with authorities on his location.
