WINONA, Minn. – A person received a cut on an arm in a possible stabbing on King and Main streets in the Winona State University neighborhood. It was about 12:40 a.m. The victim told police he was confronted by someone he didn.t know. The guy asked: “What’s up?” The victim said the next thing he knew there was a punch coming at him. Reflexively, he said, he raised his left arm to stop the punch but then felt a cut on the arm.
