MILWAUKEE, Wis. — A pharmacist accused of spoiling dozens of Co-Vid vaccine vials agreed to plead guilty in federal court. Steven Brandenburg, 46, of suburban Grafton, was charged originally in county court, but the prosecution was elevated to two federal counts of attempting to tamper with consumer products. The maximum sentence: 20 years and a $500,000 fine for “reckless disregard for the risk that another person will be placed in danger of death or bodily injury.”
