WINONA, Minn. – Because of bad weather moving in, volunteers delayed a weekend foot and horseback search for Madeline Kingsbury, the Winona woman now missing more than two weeks. When weather clears, the plan is to focus o hard-to-ccess terrain in three areas:
> Mississippi River shoreline.
> The Trempealeau wildlife refuge across he Mississippi from Winona..
> The Rushford area along the Winona-Fillmore county line.
