Bar treats: Brats, wings, beer, indoor plumbing

CENTERVILLE, WIs.  — Thousands of bikers, mostly from the Twin Cities, headed downriver to Winona and LaCrosse and back over the weekend, and also up the St. Croix, in their annual Flood Run. Taverns along the way sponsored the charity  event, including the Jailhouse Saloon on Highway 35 in Wisconsin near Centerville. This was the 46th year since bikers motored to Winona to assist with a devastating flood. They’ve done it ever since, flood or no flood, hell or high water
