WEAVER, Minn.. – Because of a failing culvert, the seven-mile section of County Road 74 from Weaver up the Whitewater River to Beaver junction will be closed daytime through Thursday. Crews are replacing the culvert. The closure: 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
