STOCKTON, Minn. — Deputies found a driver in his overturned car on State Highway 23 near County Road 110 north of Stockton. Daniel Ray Stephenson, 50, of Welch, was not badly hurt, deputies said. He refused medical treatment. This was about 11:40 p.m. They conducted a blood-alcohol test. The sample was sent to an out-of-town lab for analysis.
