LACROSSE, Wis. – A new agreement allows Western Technical College paralegal graduates to apply two years of academic credit toward a four-year ethics degree at Viterbo University. Professor Andrew Hamilton, chair of the Viterbo program, said the head start from Western Tech will be an economical path to a four-year degree.
