WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. – People trying to sell their suburban house say a neighbor went too far in a long-standing feud by harassing their real estate agent and prospective buyers. They went to court, accusing Lori E. Christensen, 57, of taking photos and videotaping house-hunting visitors, putting up “No Trespassing” signs facing the for-sale house, and shouting disparaging comments about the house and the people who had lived there. She also was charged with stalking. To investigators, Christensen explained that she merely was exercising her freedom of speech. She said always remained on her side of the property line. In court she posed $20,000 bond and went home. According to court records, Christensen e has called police and city inspectors on her neighbors dozens of times in the years.
