WINONA, Minn. – A sedan driven by a 59-year-old woman smashed into a parked truck downtown. The woman was taken to the hospital emergency room. It was not clear immediately whether a medical condition caused the accident or if the woman had been injured in the accident or perhaps both. This was about 7:25 p.m. at Third and Main streets.
