WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested two men they spotted climbing out of a window in the 550 residential block of Sioux Street. Arrested were Chad Douglas Patch, 31, of Davenport, Iowa, and Sufi Sufi, 22, of Rochester. Police said the pair fled on foot when they realized they had been seen. When located, the men were arrested. Charges were prepared against Patch for trespassing and fleeing and against Sufu for trespassing, fleeing and threatening violence.
