WINONA, Minn. – Jean (Robertson) Kendall, 89, former director of Winona Convention and Visitors Bureau, died at Lake Winona Manor from complications pf Alzheimer’s disease. She worked hard to build the infrastructure for Winona to be included on the itinerary of steamboat tour cruises. She later was interim director of Winona Chamber of Commerce, then coordinator of Downtown Cooperative. Earlier she co-owned a travel bureau in Madison, New Jersey.
