DOVER, Minn. – A Dover man walking along Interstate 90 was arrested after a bar fight that left another patron injured and unconscious and another also injured. The fight was at the Road Trip bar in Dover about 10 p.m., but the arrest was 10 miles away at the I-90 interchange with Highway 52. A State trooper spotted Joseph Martin, 31, of Dover, on foot and stopped. A struggle ensued in which Martin was tasered. Unclear was how Martin got from the bar to where he was arrested. Witnesses said he left the bar in foot. This, according to a surveillance camera is what happened:  Martin was in an exchange of words with a group of fellow drinkers.  He punched a 35-year-old man, then struck a 46-year-old man, who was also put in a chokehold and bit on his left ear. The first victim lost consciousness when he fell and struck his head on a step before the second victim fell on him. Both men were transported to a Rochester hospital. The 46-year-old man was treated and released. The 35-year-old required surgery for facial injuries.
