ROCHESTER, Minn. – Strong winds stymied Rochester fire crews fighting a garage fire, pushing flames onto a patio deck and then a nearby apartment building. The apartments were saved, but the detached two-stall garage and a vehicle inside were a total loss. The fire was about 1:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of 25th Street Northwest.
