WINONA, Minn. –The quintet Winds of Winona will perform a diverse repertoire, from chamber music to jazz, at the Winona Arts Center on Saturday. Time: 7 p.m. Tickets at door: $15. Comprising the quintet: Winonans Ruth and Frank Bures and Ryan Ballanger, all clarinetists; Chris Buswell on bass clarinet;, and Heidi Bryant on flute. All are members of the Winona Municipal Band.
