SG.PAUL, Minn. – The nonprofit Partners in Quality Care dropped its lawsuit against the state Education Department for cutting off off federal child nutrition program funding. The state had cancelled funding while a fraid investigation was under way. The investigation eventually concluded that $250 million had been bilked from the nutrition program. There now are 48 people charged jn the fraud – the largest fraud in the nation with emergency CoVid aid. Partners was tied to to the fraud scheme.
