WINONA, Minn. – A 32nd Winona County resident has died from COVID-19. The Minnesota Department of Health reported the person was between age of 85 to 89 but offered no further identifying information. The Health Department also reported 56 new Winona County cases for 2,986 total in the nine-month pandemic.
