WINONA, Minn. –Winona County broke the threshold of 5,000 confirmed Covid cases since the first pandemic case on March 25, 2020. The total now: 5,012 confirmed cases, not counting an additional 75 cases. No new deaths have been confirmed in more than two months, leaving the death toll at 52.
