WINONA, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Health reported two new COVID-19 deaths in Winona County. The deaths brought the county’s pandemic total to 28. The Health Department said one of the new victims was between ages 80 and 84, the other in the late 90s. In all, 28 Winona County residents have died from COVID complications.
