BLOOMING PRAIRIE, Minn. — A Winona man, Dustin D. Holicky, 37, suffered life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision six miles south of Blooming Prairie in Mower County. The State Patrol said Holicky was southbound in a 2002 Chevrolet Impala on Highway 218. Also southbound was a 2005 Ford Freestar driven by Thomas A. Decker, 28, of Blooming Prairie. Holicky was taken to an Auston hospital. Decker was uninjured. The collision was about 4 p.m. near the Highway 218 intersection with County Road. 1.
