WINONA, Minn. – One new COVID-19 death was confirmed by the Minnesota Department of Health – the20th of the pandemic. The Health Department doesn’t identify victims by name but said the person who died in the o the 95 to 99 age range. Meanwhile, 41 cases were newly diagnosed in the county, pushing the total to 1,503 cases.
