WINONA, Minn. – A psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner has joined the Winona Health behavioral health staff for patients as young as 6. Collin Coffield, a native of Caledonia, holds a master’s degree from East Tennessee State and a and bachelor’s in nursing from Minnesota State-Mankato.
