WINONA, Minn. – The number of Covid cases at Winona State, five as of last week, has been relatively stable for a second week. The cases were all students, no staff. As has become its custom this semester, unlike last year, the university released no more than bare totals: No detail to distinbguish positive-tests from isolations and quarantines.
