WINONA, Minn. – After e year-long self-evaluation, the Winona Health organization has come up with a new mission statement: “To inspire, recognize, and empower the caregiver in all of us.” Rachelle Schultz, chef executive , announced the mission statement in a public letter. Input was invited from all stakeholders internal and external to Winona Health, Schultz said. The statement is meant to call on the best part of everyone’s humanity to care for one another as recovery continues from the CoVid pandemic, she said. “Everyone is in need of some care, understanding, empathy, consideration, grace, you name it. And we invite you to join the amazing caregivers within Winona Health and become part of our community of caregivers.”
