WINONA, Minn. – Tentatively there will be something more resembling a traditional Winona High graduation ceremony this spring than last. It was a drive-through event last spring because of the Co-Vid crisis. John Casper, schools spokesperson, said the plan is for an outdoor ceremony at Paul Giel Field on West Third Street. Details on ticketing and seating remain to be worked out, Casper said. There also are up-in-the-air details to be worked out regarding spring proms, he said. Right now the state guidance for social gatherings is 50 people outdoors, 15 indoors. Limits are looser for stadium-like events.
