WINONA, Minn. – With CoVid cases stabilizing in the state, the city Parks-Rec Department reopened outdoor ice rinks and youth sports centers.
> Ice rinks. Open now: Knop Valley, Valley Oaks, Tillman, Jay Bee Drive, Wincrest.
> Lake Lodge. To reopen soon with outdoor skating rental.
> Bud King Ice Arena. Open since December and youth programming since early January.
> East End Rec: Reopening soon for adult programs and leagues.
