WINONA, Wis. – The Winona Public Library, festooned for the holidays, will host its annual holiday open house Saturday. It’s an all-day event with cookies and warm beverages. At 4 p.m. the Winona Fiddlers will perform. For children there’s a Santa letter-writing station. For adults there’s a a take-home snowman ornament craft table.
