WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Rayshun Boler, 42, was arrested after a report of a domestic assault at an apartment on the 800 block of West Fifth Street. A woman reported being slapped in the face twice and pushed into a door so hard she fell back and cut her elbow. This was about 2:20 a.m.
