BISMARCK, N.D. – The editor of the twice-weekly free-distribution Winona Post, Sarah Squires, was named executive director of the North Dakota Newspaper Association. Squires replaces Steve Andrist, who is retiring after eight tears. Squires has been at the Winona Post 14 years. Earlie she was with Pope County Tribune in Glenwood, Minnesota, and the Advocate-Tribune in Granite Falls, Minnesota. She is a St. Cloud State University graduate.
