WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, too young to be boozing legally, was arrested downtown and jailed as suspected of drunkenness at the wheel. Alaiyah Ann Yelvington, age 20, was stopped by police about 7 p.m. in the 100 block of East Third. Also, police said she didn’t have a license to be driving.
