WINONA, Minn. — A north-central Wisconsin driver was charged with drunken driving. Tristen Scott Stange, age 21, of Unity, was all over the road, said the arresting officer. Stange’s blood tested at 0.11% alcohol, three points too much to be driving. The arrest was about 1:10 a.m. at Fifth at Sioux streets on the West Side. The officer said the car smelled of alcohol and that Stange’s eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred. Roadside sobriety exercises confirmed intoxication, the officer said.
