MADISON Wis. – The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected President Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state. The ruling was 4-3. The court’s three liberal justices were joined by conservative swing Justice Brian Hagedorn. He said that three of Trump’s four claims were filed too late. The fourth claim, he said, was without merit.
