ROCHESTER, Minn. — A tennis coach at the Rochester Athletic Club was charged with making suggestive comments to a 14-year-old girl who was taking lessons. The comments escalated into repeated unwanted sexual touching, according the criminal complaint. Charged was Bradley John Dorsher, 37. He has since resigned and moved to Brandon, which is 200 miles away in the western Minnesota lake country. The girl has been in therapy.
