ST. CHARLES, Minn. – A St. Charles woman was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic assault, and damage to property. Jennie Mae Gallup, 34, hit someone’s mouth with her head and pushed the person to the ground, according to the criminal complaint. Deputies said Gallup spit and kicked at them.
