WINONA, Minn. – A woman told police she was groped while walking her dog on the West End. She said the assault was about 3:50 a.m. The woman said the man tried to hug and then groped her. She ran. The woman told police there was a possibility she knew the man but wasn’t sure. She described him as black, 5-foot-8, and abut 40. Thus was was in the 700 residential block of West Fifth Street near E.B.’s Corner bar.
