ROCHESTER, Minn. – An Elgin woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision on her way home from Rochester. Carrie Schroeder, 54, was taken to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The other driver, James Pettis, 53, of Plainview, was unhurt. Both were heading the same direction, north, on the two-lane Highway 63 about six miles from Rochester. Commuter traffic on busy route was slowed.
