DRESBACH, Minn. — Deputies arrested a South Dakota driver, Roger Reid Knudsen, 60, of Parker, who had been reported going the wrong way on Interstate 90. He must have figured out something was wrong. When deputies arrived, he was stopped in the shoulder – but still on the wrong side. He refused an on-site blood-alcohol check, deputies said. Pending results of a jailhouse check, he was booked for driving while intoxicated and refusing a blood-alcohol test. He was headed east, away from South Dakota, but in the westbound lanes of the divided highway. The arrest was just south of Dresbach about 1:30 a.m.
