WINONA, Minn. – The president of Winona State University, Scott Olson, said he’s unsure how many of 101 newly confirmed pandemic cases are connected to campus. The vast majority of the new numbers are old cases, Olson said. Winona State has scheduled a phased reopening September 22 Olson said the new numbers will not affect plans for moving forward. “We still plan to ease our two-week self-imposed campus quarantine with a slow, phased reopening of campus,” Olson said.
