WINONA, Minn. – Southeast Tech medical radiology grads soon can move seamlessly into a four-year health-care leadership program at Winona State University. Alex Howell, Tech’s radiography program coordinator, said bachelor’s completion program is designed for students with experience in health care. The Tech program averages about 14 grads a year, Howell said.
