ST. PAUL Minn. – Winona State pitcher Jordyn Kleman dominated the Concordia batting lineup from the first inning, guiding the Warriors to a 2-0 victory in the opener of a doubleheader. The second game was 7-1. In the opener Kleman conceded just three singles and allowed only one Concordia hitter to advance past first base. In earning the victory, Kleman claimed her fifth shutout of the season and moved the team to the 14th victory of the campaign. In the second game Winona State’s Liz Pautz allowed just four hits and one run. Winona State’s Libby Neveau sent three balls over the fence — the first time a Warrior has hit three home runs in one day this season.
