WINONA, Minn. – Fourteen new Covid infections were confirmed in Winona County by the state Health Department, after a few days with no new cases. The new cases pushed the county’s pandemic total to 5,627. There have been no new deaths recently, leaving the total at 52. Meanwhile, the county vaccination level has slipped behind state averages — 61.6% with at least one dose, compared to 72% for the state.
