WINONA, Minn. – Almost one in five studetns at State College Southeast campuses in Winona and Red Wing earned 3.5 grades or better fall semester on a 4.0 scale to make the President’s List. Of these 253 students, 159 were from Minnesota and 48 from Wisconsin. Also represented were students from 22 states. There also was one from student from Australia and one from Canada.
