WINONA, Minn. – Ryan Paul King, 42, of Winona, manager of the new Qdoba counter-serve café on Frontenac Avenue on the Far East End, died at home after eight months with cancer. He was a Cotter High School student, Class of 1998, and a graduate of Winona High in 1999. He also was an honors graduate of Winona Tech in accounting. Over the years he held jobs at Rocco’s Pizza, Winona Aggregate, Bay State Milling, and Betty Jo’s.
