WINONA Minn. – Winona State University confirmed 22 new coronavirus-pos cases for the week ending November 8. The new cases put the number of active cases on campus at 37 – still in the yellow campus safety Level 2, indicating a medium risk of transmission on a four-level scale. The latest data, however, were significantly ahead of the previous week’s 15 new positive cases. Other updated data:
