MONTICELLO, Minn. — The Minnesota State Patrol believes a trucker who stopped in the flow of traffic to clear his windshield may have triggered a pile-up of 29 vehicles on Interstate 94 Thursday. The Patrol wants to talk with the driver. The vehicle had a white cab with a white semi-trailer, the Patrol said. No one was seriously hurt in the pile-up, but nine people were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
