MINNEAPOLIS – A federal arson charge was filed against Leroy Lemonte Perry Williams, 34, for an attempt to burn down the headquarters of retail giant Target in August. Police said surveillance video showed Williams ignite a cardboard box and push it inside through a shattered glass door. There then several attempts to reignite the box. Williams then made several additional attempts to start a fire inside the vestibule of the building, police said. He is the second person charged in the arson.
